We do not provide investment advice, stock tips, buy/sell calls, trading signals, target prices or portfolio recommendations — on this website, in classes, in recordings or in our communities. Any example of a stock, index or option in our material is for illustration only and is not a recommendation.
In line with SEBI's framework for investor education, we do not use live or recent market prices in our teaching. Examples and charts use historical data with the time lag required by SEBI, and we do not discuss or display any security in a way that suggests its future price movement.
Trading in equities, and especially in derivatives such as futures and options, carries a high level of risk. Options are leveraged instruments: time decay, volatility changes and expiry can cause rapid losses, and you can lose more than your initial capital in some strategies. Most retail traders in derivatives lose money. Nothing we teach reduces that risk to zero. Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and consult a SEBI-registered professional before making decisions.
We do not promise returns, income, accuracy, "success rates" or any outcome. We do not publish profit screenshots. Past examples, including paper-trading exercises, do not indicate future results. Any learner review on this website reflects that person's own experience with our teaching, not a financial result.
Any decision to invest, trade, open an account or use any product or service is entirely yours and at your own risk. Equityskool and its owner are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make after attending our programmes.
If Equityskool is associated with a stock broker as an Authorised Person or referral partner, that relationship, the broker's name and SEBI registration details, and the fact that we may receive remuneration will be disclosed on this website and during our programmes. Opening an account is always optional and never a condition for our free programme. We never collect or store your broker login, password, PIN or OTP, and we never handle client funds or securities.
We only communicate from our official website, email addresses, WhatsApp number and Telegram handle listed on the contact page. We never ask for money transfers to personal accounts, and we never sell "tips" or "calls". Report anyone claiming otherwise to hello@equityskool.com.
