Everything we publish, teach or discuss is for educational purposes only. Equityskool is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst or Portfolio Manager, and nothing we provide is investment advice, a recommendation, a research report or an offer to buy or sell any security. You must be 18 years or older and an Indian resident (or otherwise legally able to use our services) to apply.
The 7-day programme is free of charge. Seats per batch are limited and allocated at our discretion. We may change schedules, mentors or content, and may remove a learner who breaks the community rules or behaves abusively. Opening a trading or demat account is never a condition for participation.
All Equityskool programmes are currently free. If we ever introduce a paid programme, its fees, inclusions and refund terms will be published on this website before anyone can enrol, and those terms will govern that purchase.
Certificates of completion are issued according to the criteria on our certificate page. They are issued by Equityskool and are not a regulatory, SEBI, NISM or exchange certification.
In our Telegram/WhatsApp communities you must not post buy/sell calls, tips, targets or performance claims; must not promote any product, group or service; and must not harass others or share anyone's personal or account details. Moderators may remove content or members without notice.
All course material, recordings, slides, text, design and the Equityskool name and logo belong to us. You may use them for your personal learning only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publish them without written permission.
We use third-party tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) which have their own terms. If we are associated with a stock broker, we will disclose it on this website; any account you open is governed solely by the broker's terms, and we never handle your funds, securities or login credentials.
We do not guarantee any outcome, profit or result from applying what you learn. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equityskool and its owner are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from the use of our website, programmes or community.
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
